- Each of the 8 levels now has its own unique color theme - Green Hills has a bright blue sky with rolling green hills in the background - Underground features a dark cave atmosphere with stalactites - Sky Towers has a light airy sky with floating clouds - Danger Zone glows with fiery sunset oranges and reds - The Gauntlet has a spooky purple dusk with drifting particles - Cliff Face uses cool grey mountain tones with layered rock formations - Enemy Fortress is dark and menacing with crimson accents and shadowy pillars - Final Run takes place under a starry night sky - Ground tiles, enemies, stars, and flags all match each level's theme - Sky backgrounds now use smooth gradients instead of flat colors
