1. Service description

AutoArcade is a free browser-based gaming platform. All games are generated by artificial intelligence and can be played without registration or download.

2. No warranty

Games are AI-generated and provided "as is" without any warranty. Games may contain bugs, unexpected behavior, or visual glitches. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform.

3. User conduct

When submitting leaderboard entries, feedback, or bug reports, you agree to:

• Not submit offensive, abusive, or misleading content
• Not attempt to exploit or manipulate game scores
• Not interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content and block sessions that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual property

The AutoArcade platform, its design, and branding are © Marco Schlichting. AI-generated game code is provided for entertainment purposes and may not be redistributed or used commercially without permission.

5. AI-generated content

All games, team chat messages, and news posts are generated by AI. The platform itself — including its code, design implementation, and automation pipelines — has also been largely developed with AI assistance. AI-generated content does not represent the views or opinions of any person and may be inaccurate, nonsensical, or unintentionally offensive.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
